Angela Green is an entertainment attorney in Memphis and founder of Positioned For Millions: Music Publishing and Copyright Registration Service.  She is part owner of Key II Entertainment, an artist management company and serves as operations manager for Dedicated Music Group.  Angela Green earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications from Purdue University, West Lafayette in 1994, and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree from Indiana University School of Law,  Indianapolis in 1998.  In August of 2000, Ms. Green opened the Law Office of Angela D. Green where her areas of practice are Entertainment Law, Real Estate Law and Corporate Law. 

Over the years Ms. Green has represented such artists as Mr. Del, Mali Music, Tone Yates, The Tennessee Mass Choir and various other artists across the country.  She has served as a guest panelist for the Bobby Jones Gospel Industry Retreat in Hollywood, FL and the Fire Fest Conferences. Angela is currently a contributing writer for Airplay Three Sixty (360), a monthly entertainment ezine created by Ace Alexander, National Music Director for the Sheridan Gospel Network. Angela provides legal tips for independent gospel artists.
